21 Steps to a Reconditioned Table
15-20 hours of skilled work per table
- Check motors, pumps, & solenoids for age and operation
- Take cushions off and inspect, recover and/or re-foam when needed
- Grease and lubricate all moving parts
- Cover or remove motor & pressure wash frame
- Paint base if necessary (3 coats)
- Paint or replace plastic covers on table when necessary
- Clean and polish chrome on frame
- Check all knobs, replace if broken
- Check oil for contaminants - change or fill
- Paint or replace foot pedal cover(s) if necessary
- Replace or reseal cylinders if leaking or greater than 6 years old
- Check solenoids for age, replace if old style or not working properly
- Check return lines, fittings, & high pressure hoses for leaks – replace only
- Check springs and ball bearings on drop assemblies – rebuild when necessary
- Check electrical lines for cuts, damage and proper size – replace only
- Check fuses & fuse housings – replace only
- Check paper roll, guide, and cutter for operation - add new paper roll
- Record serial number and 6 month parts warranty on file
- Quality control table for all function
- Clean naugahyde
- Wrap or crate & box for shipping
7 Steps to a Used Table
1-3 hours of skilled work per table
- Inspect cushions
- Generally clean mechanically operating parts & electronics
- Quality control table for all function, fix anything broken
- Check paper roll, guide, and cutter for operation -add new paper roll
- Record serial number if available and 30 day parts warranty on file
- Clean naugahyde
- Wrap or crate & box for shipping
